Even when I take both of them off, I still have that Casual Clothing AGL +3. My character's wearing a Bandana and Roving Trader Outfit. If not, I'll list my level, SPECIAL, and Perks on here in case someone can find a clue or the reason behind it. If anyone does in fact know what causes this, I would love to know. I did however change up my usual build for this character, focusing on Energy Weapons and Unarmed.
I've played through multiple times and have never had this happen.
In fact I'd like to figure out what I did to get this to happen. I can put on Ranger Combat and Patrol Armor and it still gives me the Casual Clothing boost. On my Pip-Boy on the EFF part of the Status section it reads Okay so I've been trying to search on here and the Wiki to find something on this, but I can't find anything.
